Quality assurance policy ensures that our services and products are safe, reliable and up to standard and it helps us identify and address any deficiencies in processes, materials, or labor - ultimately improving customer satisfaction. Therefore, UESS has adopted Quality assurance plan to provide a quality surveillance plan for security services performed at the client premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (24x7x365). This plan provides a basis for the contracting officer's technical representative (COTR) to evaluate the quality of the contractor's performance. The oversight provided for in the contract and in this plan shall ensure service levels reach and maintain the required levels throughout the contract term. This plan shall provide the COTR with a proactive way to avoid unacceptable or deficient performance, and provide verifiable input for the required annual past performance evaluations.
